Volunteers are the vital links that create a welcoming and inviting conference setting. Use your unique skills and talents as a volunteer to help others discover happiness in their Catholic faith. Volunteer opportunities range from serving onsite to joining our local volunteer promotion team. Priests – Concelebrants and Reconciliation
Of all the opportunities available to help at the EXPO, the services of our priests through the Sacraments of the Eucharist and Reconciliation are the most unique and important. Without your service as a priest, the EXPO would fall short of the life changing event that it has become. We ask that you look over our schedule of confession and join us in this unique service to the Church. As an added bonus, we invite you to attend the conference FREE of charge. No need to commit to anything else, but please fill out the registration form for priest and return it to us or contact us at 443-539-4140 to see how you can take part in this evangelizing event!
Represent Your Parish
Don't let the members of your parish be left out! The success of offering people a chance to renew their life in Christ relies on each parish being represented by a key contact. You will be responsible for making sure your pastor is informed about upcoming events and facilitating the formation of your churches group registrations. As an added bonus for bringing a group of ten or more people, each parish representative will receive a complimentary registration to the EXPO. Leadership Team
The local Leadership Team is the critical piece in bringing people to this life-changing event. Our team accomplishes this through two foundational elements: prayer for all those invited and invitations to individuals through personal networking. Onsite at an EXPO
We have a need for people to help us in many administrative functions for each EXPO. If you have skills in audio/visual, decorating, customer relations, computers, or administration, complete our onsite volunteer form (download) or contact us at 443-539-4140 to volunteer. Some positions require a Friday- Sunday commitment. Registration discounts may apply for those who are accepted.
Teens!
If you are a teen interested in helping out at the Catholic Family EXPO this year, please fill out the application (an MS Word document) and return it as soon as you can, in order to be accepted.
