Many women lose their housing because of their pregnancy, either because their families, boyfriends or husbands kick them out or because they have physical complications that prevent them from working. Society's counsel to such women is "/Have an abortion/." The Gabriel Network's response is to love both the woman and her unborn child. We have four transitional maternity homes in Maryland where women can come and stay any time during their pregnancy up until about six months after the baby ( or until they can find a stable place to live). While in our home they live in community with each other (2-3 other women in the same situation) and with a loving house director and her family who daily share and demonstrate to them the love of Jesus Christ. |

The purpose of the Center is to promote Marian and Eucharist devotions and to do what Mary would do- lead people to her Son. Facilities include an outside shrine, Stations, meditations areas, religious articles and bookstore, conference room available for meetings, resource library, Chapel for daily Rosary with Mass at 12 noon, Monday through Friday. Confession is available most days. On first Saturday: Rosary and Confession at 10:00 am and Mass at 10:30 am. Benediction -Fatima prayers and an optional Divine Mercy Cenacle. Eucharistic Adoration every Friday afternoon from 12:30 until 8:00 PM. Friday evening devotions include a Holy Hour, Mass, Confession, Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet. The bookstore is open until 6:50 PM on Friday evenings. Our Lady's Center is open Monday through Friday 10:00 am - 4:30 pm and Friday evenings until 9:00 pm. The Center is handicap accessible. |
